Here at Avego, we produce killer solutions for enabling efficient transport networks using GPS, web and mobile technologies. Our applications are used by commuters who take fixed-route, vanpool or carpool commute options every day.
However, “Behind the Scenes”, there is much more going on than you can see from the surface. Through our technology we capture millions of data points, then organize and analyze them to provide our customers with new insights into how they can provide faster, less expensive, greener transport options to commuters.
Spearheading this relationship is our Professional Services team, which works with transport planners and program managers to effectively enable this Knowledge Management process. We know how important time savings are to both our customers and their passengers. For this reason we continuously work with our Futurefleet customers to identify methods to significantly decrease their passenger loading times. One example of this was a 23 second per passenger improvement in loading time for one customer through the use of Avego smartcard technology. This may sound minute, but it resulted in over 20 minutes being shaved off their route cycle-time – now that’s significant!
