Can I use other apps on my smartphone during a trip?
Of course! Once you have started the trip using our app, you can use any other app on your smartphone and Avego will keep doing its thing. When your trip comes to an end, just re-open your Avego app and tap ‘End Trip’.
Who should press ‘End Trip’, the driver or the rider?
It doesn’t matter who presses this, or if you both do it at the same time. The first time this button is pressed by a ridesharer, the trip is ended and money gets transferred automatically. Simple!
